Olympic holidays have changed my flight times to Tunisia twice, and my hotel three times.
I'm a pretty easy-going fellow, but after the latest change I saw red!
I promised that if EVERYTHING was not perfect I would complain and complain and complain (just as a sort of revenge).
Can anyone tell me are there official authorities you can complain to if you think you have had bad value for money?
UKanswers only please. What is the best way to complain about a below standard hotel when you go abroad?
Read the small print. For major changes, within a certain time scale. You have the right to cancel the contract..What is the best way to complain about a below standard hotel when you go abroad?
Complain loudly and in front of other customers!
I don't think you can complain about poor value for money, but you can complain if the tour operator did not deliver what they described to you or what they were contracted to provide.
ABTA can always arbitrate as a last resort.
You can get in touch with their head office and complain to them. Or maybe your local branch!
good luck. You should demand some money off for all the disruption they have caused you...after all you are the customer and they are suppose to fight for their customers!!
